Infrared Sauna (single use session)

Infrared sauna uses specific wave lengths to heat your body directly and raise your core temperature. Sessions can help with pain relief, muscle recovery, improved cardiovascular health, detoxification, stress reduction and skin rejuvenation. For most guests, 1-3 sauna sessions per week can support health and wellness goals. Guests are welcome to sauna for up to 40 minutes. All sauna sessions must be scheduled in advance. We do not offer walk-in sessions at this time. It is recommended to bring water to your sauna session to stay hydrated. Towels are provided. Check out our memberships options!
